ENGINE 1 GOES TO ADAMS COUNTY

07 MAR 2009  Engine 1 along with Adams County Engine 9-2 (York Springs) transfered to Adams County Station 13 (New Oxford) for the evening while Co. 13 and Co. 12 held their Banquet. The Engine crews had a good time waiting for a run that night. The only excitement that night would be an ice cream run, followed by a med assist that Engine 9-2 ran and finally we ran a investigation outside on Moulstown Rd. in Co. 12's area. This turned out to be a unattended controlled burn that we extinguished. A big thanks to Co. 12 &13 for their hospitality and to Engine 9-2 for the friends we made.

While the Engine crew was on stand-by the Truck crew at the station ran 2 calls including an oven fire at the local Domino's Pizza.
